What is Turnkey?
Turnkey is a set of curated finish packages designed for one job: getting a home ready to list. Instead of picking every flooring sample and paint color from scratch, sellers choose from finishes we've already selected to appeal to today's buyers.
It isn't a full remodel. It's a focused refresh of the surfaces buyers notice first in photos and showings, done quickly and done right.
What's included
Every Turnkey package covers the three updates that make the biggest difference before a listing:
Flooring: fresh, buyer-friendly flooring that photographs well and feels move-in ready.
Paint: clean, neutral colors that let buyers picture their own life in the space.
Pre-listing cleaning: a thorough clean so the home is ready for photos the day we finish.
Most Turnkey projects are installed in one to two weeks, so the home can hit the market on schedule instead of sitting through a drawn-out renovation.
